Clio's new sharp, so simple brow pencil is now available with it's refill.
The pencil is shaped flat with vertical edge to help with drawing thin to wide brows for novice to experienced makeup lovers.
It has velvet texture which glides on your skin smoothly.
The brow pencil shows but subtly no matter how many times you redraw over the existing colors. However, the pencil glides more smoothly on skin before you apply finishing powder on your face.
